Flag large XOF amounts or block more than 20 charges per customer per hour by default.
Mobile-money patterns
Detect repeat phone numbers across customers on MTN and Wave — common fraud signal in the region.
Card country mismatch
Flag billing countries outside WAEMU when card rails are used.
Monitor or block
Start in monitor mode to observe flags, then switch to block when your team is ready — separate from post-payment disputes.
