We support major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, GIM UEMOA), and Mobile Money including Wave (Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire), MTN (West and Central Africa), Orange Money, and SPI for interoperable payments across UEMOA: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.

lomi. uses dynamic pricing based on your monthly processed volume. As your revenue increases, you move through volume tiers and your rates decrease automatically. Tiers refresh every month. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. Full schedules, examples, refunds, and add-on fees are explained on our pricing page.

Getting started is simple: create an account on our dashboard, complete our KYC process, connect your preferred payment methods (Mobile Money or bank account), and you're ready to accept payments. It takes just a few minutes.

You can withdraw funds to your Mobile Money wallet or bank account. Funds are usually available as soon as the payout completes: Mobile Money within UEMOA is instant, with our without SPI, while international bank transfers typically take 1–7 business days depending on your bank. lomi. does not charge additional fees for payouts—we only pass through any provider fees.

lomi. uses industry-standard security protocols and is fully compliant with PCI DSS requirements for card payments processing. We employ encryption, tokenization, and other security measures to protect your data and your customers' information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No, there is no minimum transaction amount. You can process payments of any size through our platform.

You can issue both full and partial refunds directly from the dashboard. Full and partial refunds incur a 2% processing fee to cover costs. The original transaction fees are not refunded as they are charged by payment networks.

Mobile money transactions cannot have chargebacks. For credit card disputes, there is a $15 fee per chargeback (charged by our underlying card networks). lomi. actively monitors and helps prevent chargebacks to keep your rates low at or below industry standards.

Yes! lomi. supports recurring billing and subscription management. You can create subscription products with various billing intervals, manage customer subscriptions, and handle upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations from your dashboard.

We provide official SDKs for Next.js, JavaScript, Go, Python, and PHP. Our REST API is well-documented and allows you to integrate payments, manage products, handle webhooks, and automate your payment workflows programmatically.
