One customer, every channel

A guest checkout that forgets the phone is a dead end. The merchant's customer graph is the company.

A customer pays from a phone with a card in hand.
One customer, every channel.

The same person pays from a link on Monday, a shop on Wednesday, and a till on Saturday. If those three charges make three strangers, you do not have a customer. You have receipts.

Guest checkout that forgets the phone is a dead end. The next sale starts from zero.

One key, not one form

In this market the durable key is often the phone. Sometimes the email. Rarely a login they will remember. The job is to keep the person, not the session.

A name that matches. A number that matches. A receipt they can find. The next charge should know they already paid you.

Channels are not companies

WhatsApp, a hosted page, a plugin, a phone till. Those are doors. If each door starts a new file, the merchant cannot see who came back. They cannot refund the right person. They cannot say this buyer already trusts us.

Omnichannel is not a slogan. It is one record across the doors the merchant already uses.

What we keep

We keep the merchant's graph. We do not keep a consumer wallet so we can own the buyer. We do not make the shop start over because the charge came from a different URL.

If we cannot say who paid, we cannot say we processed a customer. We processed a moment.

Own the merchant's customer graph. Everything else is downstream.
