The API is the product. The SDKs save you the boilerplate.
Every public lomi. feature starts as a REST route and an OpenAPI field. The client libraries wrap that contract so a backend team spends time on the order, not on headers and retries.
They are convenience. They are not lock-in. Hosted checkout links and raw HTTP use the same keys.
Libraries available today
TypeScript: npm install @lomi./sdk. Node, Deno, Bun, and the browser. This is the curated client, generated from the public merchant OpenAPI.
Python: pip install lomi-sdk. Django, Flask, FastAPI, and scripts.
Go: go get github.com/lomiafrica/lomi-go.
PHP: the Composer package lomi/lomi-sdk, for Laravel, Symfony, and WordPress stacks. Follow the PHP page in the docs for the install.
React Native: npm install @lomi./react-native, for in-app card flows with a lomi. publishable key.
There is also @lomi./embed if you want the hosted page inside your site. That is a widget, not a language SDK.
Turn it on
Create an account. Copy a test secret key from Dashboard, Settings, Access tokens. It starts with lomi_sk_test_. Put it in an environment variable. Set the client to environment test. Call checkout sessions or balance first. Switch to a live key only when you mean to take live money.

What this is not
This is not a promise of separate first-party iOS and Android SDKs. React Native is the mobile library we ship. Other languages may lag a new field for a day. When they disagree, openapi.json is the source of truth.
Do not put a secret key in a mobile app or a browser bundle. Secret keys stay on your server. The publishable key is for Elements and React Native.
